Classes
All classes offered are an hour long if not otherwise stated. Most of the classes can be offered in a two hour format with a 10 minute break. This enables the instructor to cover more material with each subject. The goals are to give the participants actions that they can do immediately to begin to improve their health and wellness for themselves and their families. Each class has handouts and simple actions to create easy steps to follow for greater health and wellness.
