Noelle Stanley

Noelle Stanley owns and operates My Body Balanced. She creates innovative techniques and concepts to inspire individuals and organizations to steadily incorporate holistic health by combining the best of ancient and modern nutrition.
Noelle is a highly motivating, dynamic public speaker and consultant promoting holistic nutrition and a healthier lifestyle. Noelle’s captivating ability to share her extensive knowledge, concern and passion often inspires immediate changes. She breaks down complicated concepts and goals into manageable steps which promote awareness and an immediate feeling of success that create long term positive changes in behaviors, with genuine result.
Her ultimate goal in working with businesses, organizations and corporations is to improve the health of their employees through nutrition, behavioral changes, fitness, and a balanced lifestyle. She provides motivating presentations, workshops, fitness classes, individual consulting, and health fairs. Noelle’s clients benefit with healthier and more energized employees along with reduced health care costs.
Some of My Body Balanced’s current and past clients include Ping Golf Inc., Insight Inc., City of Phoenix, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, City of Surprise, and The Foundation for Senior Living, Wellness Council of Arizona. Noelle has also consulted with Dillard’s Department Stores, Muhammad Ali Parkinson’s Center, Kiwanis Groups, Various church organizations, The Newcomers Club of Scottsdale and local clubs and groups in the Phoenix areas.
Noelle was awarded the Phoenix’s Natural Choice Award for 2010” Favorite Natural Women’s Health Specialist. She was also awarded the Wellness Corporate Coach of the Year from the major insurance carriers in the Phoenix area and the Wellness Council of Arizona for 2009”.
Noelle operates an office in North Scottsdale, Az. for private consultations. There, clients find personalized information and inspiration in areas, such as, cleansing and detoxification, food allergies, long term weight control, diets for medical conditions, children and adolescent nutrition, nutrition for the aging, Fitness plans, supplement use and a variety of other health and wellness topics.
Noelle is a Certified Holistic Nutrition Educator. She studied nutrition at the prestigious Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. She is also a certified raw foods chef thru Allisa Cohen, Certified in Reiki healing, Trained in “IAM” Meditation, Certification in Raw nutrition thru David Wolfe and the Body Mind Institute, Completed the Curriculum for Living thru Landmark Education Coaching Program, Detoxification Training Program thru Donna Gates, Active Member of the National Speakers Association and she has her bachelor’s in Psychology and a minor in Spanish. During college she studied abroad in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Noelle also teaches cooking classes, facilitates shopping tours, has a passion for working with youth in different areas, writes articles, blogs and is involved with a local wellness council, which is making huge strides for adolescent and children’s nutrition.
